UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Application for intervention is allowed.

After having heard learned counsel for the parties and having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly looking into future of the students, we hereby direct that the applicants before us shall be given provisional enrollment with the respondent no. 3 university and shall be permitted to appear in the ensuing examination of B. Pharma Ist semester provisionally which shall be subject to the final outcome of this special leave petition.

We may also observe that it shall be open to State Common Entrance Cell, respondent no. 1 in the SLP(C) No. 7754 of 2023 to adjust these students as per the directions issued by the High Court of Bombay.

The interlocutory application stands allowed.
