UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the relevant material.

Application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order is allowed.

By the impugned order, the High Court appointed the Member Secretary of the Maharashtra Legal Services Authority and the Deputy Registrar to oversee the compliance with regard to transplantation and re-plantation of the trees in terms of the undertaking given by the Deputy General Manager, MMRCL on 09.03.2017.

The High Court has further directed that a Committee of two Hon'ble Judges would be nominated by the Chief Justice to oversee the compliance of the earlier direction.

We give liberty to the petitioner to approach the committee of two Hon'ble Judges to be nominated by the Chief Justice for redressal of their grievances.

The special leave petition is disposed of in the above terms.
