Notice to respondent no.1 has been received as served but none has entered appearance.

Notice of respondent nos. 2(i) and 2(iii) have been received with the postal remarks "left". Petitioner therefore, to take fresh steps to effect service.

Petitioner also to file application for substituting the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.3. Appropriate steps be taken within three weeks.

Respondent no.1 is reported to have expired. Appropriate steps be taken by the petitioner for substituting his legal representatives.

Respondent No.2 has also not yet been served. However, the ld. Counsel, Mr Rahul Dagar appearing on behalf of Mr. Vineet Bhagat, Advocateonrecord has appeared on behalf of both respondents. Particulars of proposed legal representatives be provided to the petitioner. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within the respective stipulated time.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to effect service on Respondent Nos. 2(i) & 2(iii). Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back from respondent no. 2(ii) so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps for substitution the LRs. of deceased Respondent No. 3 so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of served Respondent No. 1 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2(i) to 2(iii) & 3.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed any application for substitution of LRs. of deceased Respondent No. 1 so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vineet Bhagat, Advocate has on 13.12.2014 filed Vakalatnama on behalf of two proposed LRs. of Respondent NO. 1 with a letter stating that Respondent No. 1 has expired.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vineet Bhagat, Advocate has not filed Vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 2 so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 2 while no application for substitution of LRs. of Respondent No. 1 has been filed so far.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
