UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. C.U. Singh, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn our attention to the decision of this Court reported in 2011 (14) SCC 662 Man Singh Vs. Maruti Suzuki Indian Limited and Another and submitted that unless the workmen are directed to deposit the amount which they have received under the Voluntary Service Scheme(VRS), the question raised before the Labour Court cannot be gone into. Learned senior counsel further submitted that when the Labour Court so directed, the High Court ought not to have interfered with the direction of deposit. Having regard to above submissions, issue notice

returnable within six weeks.
