UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Despite service of notice on respondent Nos.2,11,24,41,46, 47 & 49 & 8.1 to 8.4, there is no appearance on their behalf.

Mr. M.P. Shorawala, Ld. Counsel (now expired) has filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos.1, 3 to 45, 48 and 50.

Now, Mr. Praveen Swarup, Ld. Counsel has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos.1, 3 to 7, 9, 10, 12 to 32, 34 to 40, 42 to 45, 48 and 50.

Ld. Counsel Mr. Praveen Swarup submits that he will be filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of all the respondents except Respondent Nos.33.1 to 33.3.

He seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, is granted to the petitioner, for furnishing fresh particulars and to take fresh steps in respect of respondent Nos.33.1 to 33.3 through the concerned Jailor, as the respondents are in Jail as information of learned counsel for the petitioner, the particulars of said Jail shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the period prescribed above.

List again on 19.3.2024.
