For the reasons assigned, the delay in filing application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent Nos. 8 and 33 is condoned, abatement is set aside and application for substitution to bring on record the legal representatives is allowed, subject to just exceptions.

Accordingly, I.A. Nos. 123309/2023, 123305/2023 and 123308/2023 are allowed.

Let notice be issued to the newly substituted respondent Nos.8 and 33 (Legal Representatives).
