UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Despite due service on respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 7 to 9, there is no appearance.
However Mr. Abraham Mathew, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. Nishe Rajen Shonker, Ld. Advocate-on-Record for respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 6 and 9. He seeks and is given four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.
Four weeks time, is granted to respondent Nos.5 and 6, to file counter affidavit.
