UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellants have assailed the impugned judgment of the High Court only insofar as the same relates to Item No. 2 of Schedule A and Item 5 of Schedule B of the suit scheduled properties. In that view, therefore, we see no reason why the order passed by us on 08.07.2009 directing the parties to maintain status quo should not be confined to those two items only. We accordingly modify our order dated 08.07.2009 and direct that the parties shall maintain status
