In two of the matters service is not complete. Parties to take necessary steps and effect service of notice on the unserved/ unrepresented respondents within four weeks failing which the Special Leave Petitions as against the unserved respondents shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

Four weeks time is granted for filing counter affidavit. Two weeks thereafter for filing rejoinder affidavit.
