The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 2 nd September, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Among 15 respondents herein, service upon respondent Nos. 10 to 13 and 15 is complete but none has entered appearance. Service report in respect of respondent Nos. 2, 5 and 14 is still awaited. Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 6 to 9 have to file the counter affidavit.

Be filed within four weeks.

List again on 20.11.2015."

It is submitted that Dr. K.B. Sounder Rajan, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 6 to 9 has not filed counter affidavit, so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, Advocate has on 18th September, 2015 and 8th October, 2015 filed a letter requesting therein to serve Respondent Nos. 2, 5 and 14 through Trial Court. He has also on 26th September, 2015 filed address of District Court, but the address of District Court, Kolkata was incomplete and counsel was asked to provide the complete address of District Court vide letter dated 30th September, 2015 , but he has not done the needful, so far.

Service in respect of Respondent Nos. 2, 5 and 14 is still awaited.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report. DATED THIS THE 18th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2015.
