"Respondent nos. 1 to 9 have already filed counter affidavit. None appears for respondent nos. 10,12,13 and 15 despite due service.

Application for substitution of Lrs. Of deceased respondent no.11 is under process. Learned counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps for effecting service of notice on respondent no.14 within two weeks'time and notice thereafter,be issued.

List again on 23.01.2017."

It is submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.10 to 13 and 15 so far. Application for substitution of Lrs. Of deceased respondent no.11 is still defective,as Counsel for the petitioner has not cured the defects so far despite this Registry's letter dated 24.11.2016.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 16122016 filed spare copy of SLP. Fresh show cause notice was issued on 21122016 to unserved Respondent No.14. Unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received back with postal remark "Not know"

Service of notice on respondent no.14 is still incomplete.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Report.
