The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 8 th February, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Await service report from the Trial Court with regard to respondent No. 14. Respondent Nos. 1 to 9 have already filed the counter affidavit. Nobody appears for respondent Nos. 10 to 13 and 15, despite due service. List again on 26.4.2016."

It is submitted that service report has been received from District Judge's Court, Barasat stating therein that notices have been served on Respondent Nos. 2 & 5 and notice in respect of Respondent No. 14 has been returned unserved as said respondent do not lived at the address given in the notice. Counsel for the Petitioners was asked to provide fresh address of Respondent No. 14 vide this Registry's letter dated 11th February, 2016, but has not done the needful, so far.

It is further submitted that Mrs. Sarla Chandra, Advocate has on 17th March, 2016 filed vakalatama/memo of appearance on behalf of Petitioners after taking NOC from erstwhile Advocate Mr. Gaurav Agrawal. The counsel was also asked to provide fresh address of Respondent No. 14 vide this registry's letter dated 18th March, 2016, but has not done the needful, so far.

Service in respect of Respondent Nos. 14 is incomplete.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
