Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present application where prayer has been made for deleting the name of proforma respondents. Prayer made by the learned counsel is accepted. The present application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The prayer in this application is for dispensation of the service to be effected on the proforma respondent Nos.5 and 6 in both the Special Leave Petition (C) Nos.19715/2022 and 19718/2022. For the reasons mentioned in the application as no claim has been made against the said respondents and there is no relief also which would effect the rights of the said respondent, prayer made in the application is accepted. Service upon proforma respondent Nos. 5 and 6 in the above referred two Special Leave Petitions stand dispensed with.
The Interlocutory Application stands allowed.
