UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

I.A. No.3:

Heard Mr. Nageshwara Rao, learned Additional Solicitor General in support of this application. This application seeks impleadment of four Unions representing the workmen of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. The application is required to be allowed because the number of workmen concerned is very large. This application is therefore allowed. The Unions are directed to be impleaded as additional respondents in the SLP(C) No.18047/2013. Necessary amendment be carried out within a week. Notice be issued to these four Unions in the main SLP, returnable after six weeks. I.A. stands disposed of.

I.A. No.4:

This application seeks stay of the contempt proceedings initiated by some of the workmen. The matter is under consideration in this Court and therefore this application is made to stay those contempt proceedings. Under the circumstances, issue notice to the respondents.

In the meanwhile and until further order, there will be an interim order in terms of prayer clause 16(a) of I.A. No.4.
