The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Court on 6th March, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"SLP(C) No......CC 4556/2014:

Heard Mr. Nageswaraa Rao, learned Additional Solicitor General in support of this special leave petition.

Mr. Nageswara Rao has drawn our attention to the fact that subsequent to the impugned order passed by the High Court a contempt case, bearing CC No.1471 of 2013, has been filed by the respondent herein and the officers of the appellant Corporation are required to attend the Court. In view thereof Mr. Rao seeks stay of the contempt proceedings initiated by the respondent. Since the matter is under consideration in this Court, delay is condoned and notice is directed to be issued.

In the meanwhile and until further order, there will be an interim order of stay in terms of prayer clause 8(a) of the SLP.

The matter may be tagged with SLP(C) No.18047/2013.

SLP(C) Nos......CC 3956/2014, CC 4503/2014, CC 4550/2014, CC 4552/2014 & CC 4597/2014:

Mr. Nageswaraa Rao, learned Additional Solicitor General states that subsequent to the impugned order passed by the High Court, contempt proceedings have been initiated by the respondents-workmen in all these matters and the officers of the appellant Corporation are required to attend the Court. That being so, delay is condoned and notice is directed to be issued in all these matters.

In the meanwhile and until further order, there

will be an interim order of stay in terms of prayer clause 8(a) of the SLPs.

These matters may also be tagged with SLP(C) No.18047/2013."

Accordingly, show cause notice is being issued to all the Respondents in SLP(C) No. 7807, 7808, 7809 ,7810, and 7811 of 2014 and service of the same is awaited.

It is further submitted that Mr. C.S.N. Mohan Rao, Counsel for the petitioner in SLP(C) No. 7812 of 2014 has not filed requisite process fee alongwith spare copy of petition. Therefore, fresh show cause notice could not be issued.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
