S.L.P. (C) Nos.18744-18824 of 2008, 1089-1105 of 2008, 27923-27924 of 2008 and 246 of 2009
We are informed by learned counsel for the parties that the submissions made in connection with Ashrafi's case [S.L.P. (C) Nos.24704-24712 of 2007], will also cover these four cases. Accordingly, judgment is reserved in these matters.
S.L.P. (C) Nos.21264-21288 of 2011
Four separate interlocutory applications have been filed for substitution of the legal heirs of some of the respondents, who have died. One of the interlocutory applications, has been filed in S.L.P. (C) No.21268-21279 of 2011, to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.2, Nand Lal. Another application has been filed in the same special leave petitions to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.1, Duli Chand. The third application has been filed in S.L.P. (C) Nos.21274-21284 of 2011, to bring on record the legal heirs of the respondent No.1, Chhajju, and the last application has been filed in S.L.P. (C) Nos.21277-21283 of 2011, to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.1, Pritam Singh. Having heard learned counsel for the State of Haryana, the said applications are allowed. Let the heirs of the deceased respondents in these matters be brought on record. The fifth application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for leave to bring on record additional documents in the nature of Notifications issued by the Urban Estate Department of the Haryana Government. The same is allowed. The documents indicated in the application are permitted to be brought on record. In view of the substitution effected, let these matters stand over for a period of four weeks for completion of service on the added respondents. The stay granted on 19th January, 2012, will continue in the meantime.
