UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Let SLP(C)Nos. 21264-288/11, stand over till 8th February, 2012, to enable the respondents in these matters to take steps for substitution, where necessary.
In the meantime, the execution proceedings in all these matters shall remain stayed.
The matters relating to acquisition of land within Ambala, i.e. SLP(C)Nos. 20188,21850,19384,19419 and 19382, all of 2006, have been heard and judgment is reserved.
Ms. Rekha Pandey, learned advocate appearing for the Union of India, submits that in SLP(C)Nos. 4144-4154/10, 11619-11621/10, 24906-24918/10 and 3163-3173/11, service is yet to be completed on all the respondents. Accordingly, let these matters be delinked and be listed separately after four weeks, within which period service on the respondents is to be completed.
Let SLP(C)Nos. 18744-18824 of 2008, 1089- 1105 of 2008, 27923-27924 of 2008 and 246 of 2009, be adjourned till 8th February, 2012, to enable learned counsel for the State of Andhra Pradesh, to take instructions in the matters.
