State of Haryana & Ors., Mr. Manoj Swaru p, learned advocate, submitted that apart from the said matter, there were 6 others, namel y, SLP(C)Nos.33322-33329/10, 20139/11, 18257/11, 31842-31845/09, 26772-26779/09 and 3333 7- 33340/10, and other matters which were also appearing in the list today, but there are several other matters which arise out of the same Notification, wherein leave has alrea dy been granted. The lead matter in the said case appears to be the Mukesh Kumar Vs. State of Haryana & Anr., being C.A.Nos.319-352/11 @ SLP(C)No.26680-26713 of 2009.
