Learned counsel for the parties are also present and have been

heard.

We extend the time for completion of trial by a further period of six months from today.

We are informed that PW-1 is being cross-examined, which as per the learned counsel for the petitioner – M/s. Prime Properties, has continued for nearly 11 days. We hope and trust that the learned counsel being conscious of the orders passed by this Court, will not prolong the proceedings. The trial Court will also put the learned counsel under check in case the proceedings are being prolonged.

A copy of this order will be produced by the parties before the trial Court.

Re-list after six months.

A fresh report would be submitted by the trial Court alongwith the order sheets before expiry of period of six months.
