UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned senior counsel being assisted by Mr. Nikhil Jain, learned counsel appearing for the respondent in S.L.P.(Crl.) Diary No.9365/2018, submitted that he had no notice of transfer of the case, therefore, some time may be granted to him to argue the matter.
As the argument had to be commenced by Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Additional Solicitor General, we have heard him. Be it noted, the controversy that arises in all the cases centres around the legal points which has to be decided first.
Let the matter be listed for further hearing at 2.00 p.m. on 2nd April, 2018.
The interim order passed on the earlier occasion to continue till the next date of hearing.
