Heard.

The special leave petitions are dismissed.

The question of law, if any arising in these special leave petitions are kept open for being decided $in$ appropriate cases. It is more so because we find that the High Court while disposing of the appeal in the operative part of the order has given the petitioner (Insurance Company) a right of recovery of the awarded sum from the driver/owner of the offending vehicle. Since this right is given to the petitioner, their rights are duly safeguarded.

Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
