UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

On 25.08.2015, following order was passed by the Learned Chamber Judge:

"An application has been filed seeking deletion of the name of the petitoner nos.1 to 7 from the array of the parties. The application is allowed. The name of the petitioner nos.1 to 7 are deleted from the array of the parties at the sole risk and responsibility of the petitioners.

Amended cause title be filed within two weeks."

Consequently, the names of the petitioner nos.1 to 7 stood deleted from the array of the parties. By preferring I.A.No.4 of 2015, the learned counsel now prays that the very same petitioner nos.1 to 7 be Digitally signed by Date: 2016.01.21
