The office report on default in the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers on 8th July, 2016, when Her Ladyship was pleased the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :-

"As per office report dated 12.04.2016, service is incomplete on respondent nos. 2 to 4. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies. Therefore, service is not complete on respondent nos. 2 to 4. One week time is granted to file spare copies. Six weeks' time is granted for completing the service on respondent nos. 2 to 4."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner, has on 28th July, 2016, filed spare copies of Special Leave Petition but the same is barred by time by 13 days.

The default of the Counsel is reported to the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers with this Office Report.
