Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 5 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks whereafter no further extension shall be given. Service of notice is complete on the other respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. These respondents shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated above. SLP (C) NO. 20824/2014

The office report indicates that service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 1, 5 and 7 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks whereafter no further extension shall be given.

It is submitted that as directed above, counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 in SLP (C) No. 20746/2014 and Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in SLP (C) No. 20824/2014 has not filed Counter Affidavit. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 6-7 in SLP (C) No. 20746/2014 and Respondent Nos. 1, 4 to 7 in SLP (C) No. 20824/2014 though served with notice.

Service is complete.
