After arguing the case for some time, learned senior $\mathbf{c}$ for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the application for permission to file the special leave petition on the ground that the review petition is pending before the High Court and the petitioners want to pursue the same.
Permission is granted.
The application for permission to file the special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
We request the High Court to dispose of the review petition, pending adjudication before it, on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously.
