UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Legal representatives of deceased respondent nos 1,2 and 6 are already on record as respondent nos.8-12, 3-7, 13 & 14 and 7 respectively and counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo furnishing the details vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers order dt. 10.11.2023.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars in respect of unserved proposed respondent no.15 (ii). Dasti in addition is allowed, as prayed.

In view of the unclaimed service report in respect of proposed respondent nos.17(i-iv) and 19(i), service shall be deemed to be complete. None has entered appearance on behalf of the proposed respondents.

Service is complete on proposed respondent no.15(i & iii) but none has entered appearance.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent no.16 despite Hon'ble Judge in Chambers order dt.10.11.2023, as such, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
