It is submitted that non-filing of statement of case by the counsel for the appellants was listed before the Registrar's Court on 7.5.2013, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Orders:-

"Service is complete. Appellant has not filed the statement of case in spite of the letter of the Registry dated 19.02.2013. Hence, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers."

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Appellants has on 20.5.2013 filed statement of case but the same is barred by time by 44 days and counsel has on 11.7.2013 filed an application for condonation of delay in filing statement of case and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 9-10 of 2013. (copy placed below)

The Office Report for Direction alongwith applications above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for Orders.
