UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.14-16, but $\overline{\overline{no}}$ one has entered appearance on their behalf. As per office report the respondent Nos.1-13 have not filed the counter affidavit,

But, Ld.counsel for the above respondents submits that counter affidavit has already been filed. Registry to verify. If the same is filed, be taken on record and list the matter before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

Service is complete on all the respondents, but no one has entered appearance. However, Mr.S.K.Shukla, Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the respondent Nos.2-7. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

The respondent No.1 is also reported to be dead. Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the said respondent.
