Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.14-16, but $\overline{\overline{no}}$ one has entered appearance on their behalf. As per office report the respondent Nos.1-13 have not filed the counter affidavit,

But, Ld.counsel for the above respondents submits that counter affidavit has already been filed. Registry to verify. If the same is filed, be taken on record and list the matter before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
