UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP (C) No.25366/2017 and SLP (C) No.25365/2017

These are petitions of 2017. Despite order dated 13th August, 2019 defects have not been cured as pointed out in the Office Report.

In the interest of justice, further four weeks' time is granted to do the needful failing which the special leave petitions shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Learned counsel has filed an application for bringing the legal representative of the deceased respondent No.8 on record who died during pendency of the proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent have no objection.

Application for substitution is accordingly allowed. Legal representative of deceased respondent No.8 are brought on record, notices may be issued to them.
