Respondent nos. 1.1 to 1.3, 2,3, 21 and 22 have failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted on 09.09.2024, as such, further opportunity stands declined.

Service is already deemed complete in respect of respondent no.14 vide order dated 09.09.2024.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time as last opportunity to take fresh steps for issuance of notice through Execution Court to respondent nos. 20, 23 and 24.
