Learned counsel appearing for the petitionerS seeks permission to withdraw the special leave petitions with liberty to approach the High Court. Permission is granted. Consequently, the special leave petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. SLP(C) 33864/2013

We are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the High Court. Consequently, the special leave petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all points before the Tribunal as and when the appeal, including the contempt petition is preferred.
