We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

De hors the issue arising between the alleged cosharers, the dispute with the tenants has been on now for almost forty years and it is stated to be pending in Second Appeal Nos. 421 and 430/2019 before the High Court Digitally signed by ASHA SUNDRIYAL Date: 2020.10.16 20:45:42 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

of Chhattisgarh.

We would normally be very reluctant to pass any directions or make a request knowing the difficulty of each High Court but considering the time period of four decades already elapsed, we would like to request the High Court of Chhattisgarh to deal with this appeal expeditiously as possible so that we have the benefit of that order in the consideration of the present matter.

A copy of this order be sent to the Registrar of the Chhattisgarh High Court to be placed before the Hon'ble Chief Justice.

Issue notice to the respondents.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of the operation of the impugned order.
