UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$

The Court is convened through Video Conferencing.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perusing the material placed on record, we are not inclined to entertain these petitions under Article 136 of the Constitution.

The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the petitioner is suffering from carried to be treated. Learned counsel, accordingly, $\overrightarrow{pr}$ ays that the time to surrender as directed by the High Court vide order dated 25.06.2021 may be extended.

Taking into consideration the totality of facts and circumstances of the present case as also the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we extend the time granted to the petitioner by the High Court vide order dated 25.06.2021 till 16.08.2021. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned jail authorities on 17.08.2021 without fail.

The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the High Court as also the concerned jail authorities.

As a sequel to dismissal of the special leave petitions, pending interlocutory application also stands disposed of.
