The matters above mentioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 08/05/2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Taken on Board. Heard Learned senior counsel for the petitioners. Issue notice. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted. List immediately after reopening of the Court in July, 2015. In the meantime, any decision that may be finally taken by the respondents shall be subject to the final outcome of these special leave petitions."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the sixteen Respondents in SLP(C) No. 14244 and eight Respondents in SLP(C) No. 14245 of 2015 by registered AD post as well as by Dasti.

Mr. Anip Sachthey, Advocate has on 26/06/2015 filed Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 17 in SLP(C) No. 14244 & Respondent Nos. 18 in SLP(C) No. 14245 of 2015. He has not filed Counter Affidavit, so far. AD cards duly signed have been received back in respect of Respondent No. 9 in SLP(C) No. 14244 of 2015.

It is submitted that Mr. Rauf Rahim, Counsel on behalf of the Petitioners has on 29/05/2015 filed Affidavit of Dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 116 in SLP(C) No. 14244 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 18 in SLP(C) No. 14245 of 2015 stating therein that copies of SLP has been served by hand on Respondent Nos. 17 in SLP(C) No. 14244 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 18 in SLP(C) No. 14245 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 816 by Speed Post in SLP(C) No. 14244 of 2015 (Copy enclosed).

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this OfficeReport.
