UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The special leave petition is dismissed on merits.

However, time is prayed to vacate the premises.

Subject to the petitioners paying user charges @ Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) per month from the date of the order passed by the High Court, time to vacate the premises in question is extended till 30.09.2019. The arrears of user charges be paid within fifteen days from today and for future months the user charges shall be paid in advance by tenth day of every month. A usual undertaking shall also be filed in this regard within fifteen days from today.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
