The matters above mentioned were Listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30/11/2016 alongwith connected matters when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

It is submitted that Mr. Zoheb Hossain, Advocate has on 14/12/2016 filed Affidavit of Compliance on behalf of Respondent No. 7. Copy of the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. M.R. Shamshad, Advocate has on 21/12/2016 filed application for impleadment to implead the party as petitioner alongwith Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance of the impleading parties. The application is registered as I.A. No. 11 and being circulated before the Hon'ble court.

It is further submitted Mr. M.R. Shamshad, Advocate has on 21/12/2016 filed application for direction. Since the application for impleadment filed by him is still not allowed by the Hon'ble Court, the unregistered application for direction is being circulated before the Hon'ble court.

It is further Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate has on 22/12/2016 filed application for direction with Annexure P1 alongwith Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance. As Applicants are not party in the matter, the unregistered application for direction is being circulated before the Hon'ble court.

It is further submitted that Mrs. Sarla Chandra, Advocate has on 7/01/2017 filed seven separate applications for impleadment to implead the party as respondents alongwith Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance of the impleading parties. The application is registered as I.A. Nos. 12 to 18 and are being circulated before the Hon'ble court.

It is further submitted that Mrs. Sarla Chandra, Advocate has on 06/01/2017 filed application for Modification and also on 7/01/2017 filed five separate applications for modification. Since the application for impleadment filed by her is still not allowed by the Hon'ble Court, the unregistered application for modification are being circulated before the Hon'ble court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Chanchal Kr. Ganguli, Advocate has on 07/01/2017 filed application for impleadment to implead the party as respondent alongwith Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance of the impleading parties. The application is registered as I.A. No. 19 and being circulated before the Hon'ble court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Chanchal Kr. Ganguli, Advocate has on 07/01/2017 filed application for modification. Since the application for impleadment filed by him is still not allowed by the Hon'ble Court, the unregistered application for modification is being circulated before the Hon'ble court.

It is further submitted that Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate has on 09/01/2017 filed application for permission to file additional documents. The application is registered as I.A. No. 20 and being circulated before the Hon'ble court.
