The matters above mentioned were Listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9/11/2016 alongwith connected matters when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Mr. Mohan Parasaran, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the State Government seeks a week's time, so as to enable him to obtain instructions with regard to payment of salary to the serving employees. Post for hearing on 16.11.2016. Instructions be obtained, in the meantime.

Liberty to file a short affidavit as well."

It is submitted that despite above order Counsel for the State Govt. i.e. in respect of Respondent Nos. 7 to 10 has not filed any document, so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Kunal Chatterji, Advocate has on 12/11/2016 filed Contempt Petition on behalf of to be impleaded respondent against the order dated 10/05/2016 & 1/08/2016 which is registered as Contempt Petition (C) No. 846 of 2016. Copy of the same

is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court and regarding residential address of Alleged Contemnor, Counsel also given a letter on 15/11/2016 stating therein that Petitioner is not aware of the residential address of the alleged contemnors. (Copy of letter is enclosed)
