The matters above mentioned were Listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1/08/2016 alongwith connected matters when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Interim order dated 10.05.2016 shall continue till next date of hearing subject to the condition that the teachers and employees are eligible.

List the matters on 7th September, 2016 for final disposal along with all pending applications.

It is submitted that AD cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 but no one has not entered their appearance so far. Counsel for the Petitioner has also not filed affidavit of dasti service with proof on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 to 6, 16, 19 & 25, so far.

Service of notice is incomplete on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 to 6, 16, 19 & 25, so far.

It is submitted that Mr. Chanchal Kr. Ganguli, Advocate has on 24/08/2016 filed Contempt Petition for Noncompliance of this Court's order dated 10/05/2016 & 1/08/2016 which is registered as Contempt Petition (C) No. Copy of the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate for the Petitioner has on 13/08/2016 filed Contempt Petition against the order dated 14/03/2016 but the same is defective for the following reason:

(i) Cause Title of SLP & Contempt Petition not correct.

(ii) Contempt Petition heading is not correct.

(iii) Prayer not in order.

However unregistered Contempt Petition is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate has on 13/08/2016 also filed application for impleadment to implead party as party respondent The application is registered as I.A. No.9 and being circulated before the Hon'ble court.

SLP(C) No. 11877/2016

It is submitted that AD cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 12 to 14, 16 to 17, 21 & 26 but no one has entered their appearance, so far.

Service is incomplete on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 to 6, 8, 10, 11, 15, 1820, 2225 & 27, so far.

SLP(C) No. 20657 of 2016

It is submitted that Mr. Ranjan Mukherjee, Advocate has on 26/08/2016 filed application for impleadment to implead the party as Petitioner alongwith Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance. The application is registered as I.A. No. 345 and being circulated before the Hon'ble court.

SLP(C) Nos. 20656 & 20658 of 2016

These are fresh matters and tagged with SlP(C) No. 6661 of 2016.
