1. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays and is granted four weeks' time to take steps to effect service on unserved respondent no. $7.$

an interim order the parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the possession. Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation further submits that the structure in question is unauthorized structure firstly and secondly it is declared unsafe and health hazardous. It is reported that the structure may lead to loss of human life and property. Thus, learned counsel submits that in case the petitioner fails to take necessary steps the matter(s) be listed before the Court for further orders. Accordingly, in case the petitioner(s) fails to take the steps within four weeks, let the matter(s) be listed before the Court for further consideration.
