UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We have heard Mr. K. Parameshwar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
$\mathbf{2}$ We see no infirmity with the view taken by the High Court dismissing writ petition of the prospective candidate in the Bar Association Election.
$\frac{by}{x}$ The petitioner failed to submit his declaration within the prescribed time limit and that is how his name got deleted from the electoral roll. This was the reason why the High Court refused to grant relief to the petitioner.
4. The above view is not liable to be upset in the factual scenario present in the case.
5. The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, stand closed.
