It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 13093 of 2015, @ S.L.P. CC No. 4787/2015, referred to on page 'B' of the list of dates, was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24.4.2015, when the Court directed to issue notice (copy enclosed). The matter is pending before the Hon'ble Court.

The matter alongwith application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
