2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Permission to file SLP (C) No......./2015 CC No. 8599/2015 is granted. Issue Notice. In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners."

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable for 10th August, 2015 was issued on 26th June, 2015 separately in all the matters above-mentioned except SLP No. 15102 of 2015.

SLP No. 14163 of 2015:

There are six respondents in the matter. Neither AD cards nor the unserved registered covers containing notices have been received back from all the respondents, so far and a period of 30 days from the date of issue of notice has been elapsed. Service on all the respondents is still awaited.

SLP No. 14188 of 2015:

There are six respondents in the matter. AD cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 3 and 6. Neither AD cards nor the unserved registered covers containing notices have been received back from respondent nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5, so far and a period of 30 days from the date of issue of notice has been elapsed. Service on respondent nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 is still awaited.

SLP No. 14198 of 2015:

There are six respondents in the matter. Neither AD cards nor the unserved registered covers containing notices have been received back from all the respondents, so far and a period of 30 days from the date of issue of notice has been elapsed. Service on all the respondents is still awaited.

SLP No. 14208 of 2015:

There are six respondents in the matter. AD cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 3, 5 and 6. Neither AD cards nor the unserved registered covers containing notices have been received back from rest of the respondents, so far and a period of 30 days from the date of issue of notice has been elapsed. Service on respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4 is still awaited.

SLP No. 14270 of 2015:

There are six respondents in the matter. AD cards duly signed has been received from Respondent No. 6. Neither AD cards nor the unserved registered covers containing notices have been received back from rest of the respondent, so far and a period of 30 days from the date of issue of notice has been elapsed. Service on respondent nos. 1 to 5 is still awaited.

SLP No. 14327 of 2015:

There are eight respondents in the matter. AD cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 3, 5 and 7. Neither AD cards nor the unserved registered covers containing notices have been received back from rest of the respondents, so far and a period of 30 days from the date of issue of notice has been elapsed. Service on respondent nos. 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 is still awaited.

SLP No. 14395 of 2015:

There are six respondents in the matter. AD cards duly signed has been received from Respondent Nos. 3. Neither AD cards nor the unserved registered covers containing notices have been received back from rest of the respondents, so far and a period of 30 days from the date of issue of notice has been elapsed. Service on respondent nos. 1, 2, 4

5 and 6 is still awaited.

SLP No. 14403 of 2015:

There are six respondents in the matter. AD cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 3 and 5. Neither AD cards nor the unserved registered covers containing notices have been received back from rest of the respondents, so far and a period of 30 days from the date of issue of notice has been elapsed. Service on respondent nos. 1, 2, 4 and 6 is still awaited.

SLP No. 15102 of 2015:

There are 22 respondents in the matter. Show cause notice could not be issued in the matter as Counsel for the Petitioner has filed 6 sets of SLP instead of 22 sets with a letter requesting therein to issue notice only to contesting Respondents, i.e. Nos. 1 to 6, but he has not taken any steps in respect of proforma Respondent nos. 7 to 22 despite this registry's letter dated 26th June, 2015.Hence service is incomplete in the matter on all the respondents.

The matters above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
