Show cause notice could not be issued in the matter as Counsel for the Petitioner has filed 6 sets of SLP instead of 22 sets with a letter requesting therein to issue notice only to contesting Respondents, i.e. Nos. 1 to 6, but he has not taken any steps in respect of proforma Respondent nos. 7 to 22 despite this registry's letter dated 26th June, 2015.Hence service is incomplete in the matter on all the respondents.
