OFFICE REPORT The petition above-mentioned with connected matters was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th May, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following

Order :

"Permission to file SLP (C) No.. ./2015 CC No. 8599/2015 is granted. Issue Notice.

In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners."

Accordingly due course notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 7 to 22 through Regd. AD as Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 are represented by Mr. S.N. Terdal, Advocate.

It is submitted that AD cards duly signed have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 8, 9, 12, 13, 17 and 20. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 10 & 22, so far.

It is further submitted that Respondent nos. 7, 11, 14 to 16, 18, 19 and 21 are reported to be dead and counsel was asked to take steps in respect of above-said Respondents vide letter dated 26th February, 2016.

It is further submitted that Mr. Anurag Pandey, Advocate for the Petitioners has on 1st April, 2016 filed application for permission to delete proforma respondents Nos. 7 to 22 and also filed application for permission to file corrected

memo of parties in view of Orders dated 16.09.2015 and 30.09.2015 of the Calcutta High Court. Both the application are registered as I.A. No. 18 and 19 respectively and placed with the SLP paperbooks.

The applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judge–in - Chambers with this Office Report.
