It is submitted that CA No. 6268 of 2009 arising out of SLP(C) No. 15854 of 2008 arising out of similar issue was disposed of by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 14.09.2009, Copy of the said order is annexed as Annexure P3 at Page Nos. 2830 of SLP paperbooks.

It is submitted that all the abovementioned matters are tagged with SLP(C) No. 14163 of 2015, since all are arising out of similar issue.
