Applications for permission to file additional documents/facts/annexures and exemption from filing O.T. are allowed.

Issue notice.

Mr. Anuj Bhandari, learned AOR accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.4. He seeks a week's time to satisfy the Court on paragraph 11 of the impugned judgment which recorded the fact to the effect that an amended report was sent on 22.07.2013 while declaration was made on 24.06.2013.

Reply to the same shall be filed by learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner within three weeks thereafter.

List the matters after four weeks.

In the meantime, status quo, existing as on today, shall be maintained by the parties.
