Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the four respondents. Mr. Kuldip Singh, Advocate is representing respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 and Mr. S.S. Jauhar, Advocate is representing respondent No. 3. Service of notice is complete.

It is submitted that Mr. Arun K. Beriwal, counsel for the petitioner has been designated as Additional District and Session Judge. Notice for fresh arrangement for representation before this Court in the matters was issued on 3 rd July, 2015 to petitioners. A.D. Cards have been received from petitioner Nos. 2, 4, 5 and 6, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing the notice have been received back from the petitioner Nos. 3, 7 to 10 so far.

It is further submitted that instant matter is connected with S.L.P. © Nos. 2261422615 of 2009 and service of notice in all the other connected matters is complete and ready for hearing before the Court.
