of Respondent no.8 is actually "Sanjeev Rice Mills" and not "Sanjay Rice Mills" as has appeared in the cause title in the High Court as well before the Supreme Court.

In view of the above, the appeal is directed to proceed exparte against respondents no. 1 to 14.
