UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos.1 to 4, 6, 7 and 9 to 18 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, as last chance is granted to petitioner to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent No.5.

Petitioner has failed to take appropriate steps in respect of Respondent No.8, though last chance was granted.

However, as requested, two weeks time as a final opportunity is granted to do the needful, failing which the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for further directions.

In case of compliance, list the matter again before this Court on 2.4.2024.
