Lrs. of deceased respondent No.8 i.e. 8(i) to 8(ix) are respondent Nos.6, 7 and 9 to 15 and are duly represented.

As per office report, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies in terms of Hon'ble Court's order dated 27.11.2024 with regard to service on Lrs. of deceased respondent No.5. Today, more time is sought. A week's time, as last opportunity, is granted to file spare copies. If spare copies are filed within the time granted, notice be issued immediately and list on 22.4.2025, else Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
