The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.07.2014, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

" Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that the entire award amount along with interest shall be deposited by the petitioner with the Registry of this Court within four weeks from today.

Upon deposit, the execution of the award shall remain stayed.

Registry to deposit the amount for six months, renewable every six months in terms of Circular No.F.7/Judl./2007 dated April, 24, 2007.

Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C)No. 14312 of 2013."

It is submitted that the Counsel for petitioner has on 13.08.2014 filed lodgment of schedule alongwith P.O. No. 390757 for a sum of Rs. 23,10,412/- but there is a delay of two days in depositing the amount and Counsel for petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in depositing the cheque in compliance with Order dated 14.07.2014 which is registered as I.A No. 1 and is being circulated with this office report.

The application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
